Dear all,
I drop this note to express the appreciation of the Executive Committee of our club and personally a massive massive pat on the back for all the help and support in the time running up to and for the execution of today’s Push the Boat Out.
I would also like to express my thanks to the RYA for attending to help us and to capture the many action pictures on land and on water.
There are too many people to thank personally so I will in groups. To all those supporting the reception and booking in, the supply of buoyancy aids, those planning and plotting activities, to the safety crews, to team kitchen and for all Club members that supported in person or in mind. I thank you so much.
We achieved so much today, it’s not all about the numbers but the presentation of the club, the friendly welcome are key and latterly the sailing - today, we really did push the boat out!
As Commodore of your club I am immensely proud of what we’ve achieved today and you should all be too. To Team Exec I thank you for all your efforts too.
